What changes?
Are you a self-employed professional from abroad? From 1 October 2020, your family members will be allowed to take a job with you or another employer without additional paperwork.
Self-employed professionals from abroad are only allowed to work independently in the Netherlands. Currently, the same goes for their family members. If they want to be employed, their employer needs to apply for a work permit (tewerkstellingsvergunning, TWV). From 1 October onwards, this will no longer be necessary.
