What changes?

Are you a ship owner? Then any new ships you buy should conform to the new nitrogen oxide (NOx) regulations. This means emissions should be within Tier III of the International Maritime Organization (IMO). You also have to monitor and report on the fuel consumption of your ships. You should make sure your ship has an installation to clean ballast water.
