If you have submitted a tender in the Netherlands and have won the procurement contract, you will conclude a contract with the tendering public-sector organisation. This procurement contract consists of:
- the contract that was included as an annex in the project's specifications
- all documents that you exchange with the tendering organisation during the tendering process
Framework agreement
If the tendering public-sector organisation grants the same type of contracts on a regular basis, it can conclude an agreement with you or with a selected group of at least 3 tenderers for 4 years at most. This is referred to as a framework agreement. The tendering organisation agrees to a number of conditions within this context (about, for example, quality, quantity and delivery time) based on which future contracts will be awarded.
