If you have a project which aims to invest in people, such as to keep employees working productively for longer, or you want to pursue an age-aware personnel policy, you may qualify for the Sustainable Employability subsidy from the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+).
When do you qualify?
- Your project does not run longer than 12 months. The duration of the project period begins the day after the subsidy has been signed and ends 12 months later.
- You must show that employees are actively and demonstrably involved in the project. This should be included in the recommendation or final report.
- You choose your own expert to advise you on matters pertaining to sustainable employability. You must be able to prove their expertise in this area.
