If you have a project which aims to keep employees working productively for longer or you want to pursue an age-aware personnel policy, you may qualify for the Sustainable Employability subsidy from the European Social Fund (ESF)External link. The subsidy is for consultant fees charged by an external consultant.

When do you qualify?

  • Your project does not run longer than 12 months. The duration of the project period begins the day after the subsidy has been signed and ends 12 months later.
  • You must show that employees are actively and demonstrably involved in the project. This should be included in the recommendation or final report.
  • You choose your own expert to advise you on matters pertaining to sustainable employability. You must be able to prove their expertise in this area.
