The Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP) is the organisation responsible for the registration of trademarks and designs in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg (Benelux).
BOIP and entrepreneurs
BOIP assists entrepreneurs who want to register or manage their intellectual property. You can contact them for:
- Trademarks: protect a brand name, product name, or logo.
- Designs: protect the appearance of a product, such as its shape, pattern, or decoration.
- i-DEPOT: record that an idea, concept, design, or prototype existed on a specific date.
