The NPEX is a stock exchange for small- and medium-sized business owners. Trading takes place online without the intervention of banks or other parties.

Shares or bonds

The exchange targets businesses looking for growth capital ranging between €500,000 and €10,000,000. Capital is raised by issuing shares or bonds. Companies wishing to participate need to have been established for at least three years and profitable for at least one year.

The NPEX simplifies the process of issuing bond loans using several standard documents. It's licensed by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (Autoriteit Financiële Markten, AFM) and is regulated by both the AFM and De Nederlandsche Bank (DBM).
