Feedback and your privacy

When you are browsing our website, you will get a pop-up asking you to comment on your experience. We use this feedback to improve our website wherever possible. Processing of personal data

When you register for KVK services such as a newsletter, KVK requests that you provide personal information. This information is saved in the customer database for a year, to be able to provide you with the requested services. After this year the data will be removed. At the end of this privacy statement you will find a list of the cookies used, how they work, and how long they are saved after first use.

The Netherlands Chamber of Commerce may use your personal data to inform you about products and services and to help improve the available services. KVK will use your email address for this purpose if you have given prior permission to do so. You can unsubscribe from Netherlands Chamber of Commerce mailings at any time using the method indicated within the mailing itself.

In principle your personal data will be used by KVK only. KVK does not disclose personal data to third parties without your permission, unless obliged to do so by law or a court ruling, or wherever necessary to fulfill an agreement between you and the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce.
