You are not allowed to discharge any cooling-water or domestic waste water into the soil. In some cases, you can apply for a dispensation from the ban on discharging cooling-water into the soil. You can apply for such dispensation to the provincial authorities.

For a limited discharge of domestic waste water, you can apply for a dispensation to the municipal authorities. If your business has an integrated environmental permit, you can apply for the dispensation to the provincial authorities.

Online application procedure via Message Box

At the province of Noord-Brabant you can apply for dispensation from the ban on discharging cooling-water and domestic waste water into the soil also via Message Box. Message Box is a secure email system that enables you as an entrepreneur to exchange digital messages with Dutch government agencies.
