Social Sustainability Fund (SSF)

Do you want to improve the social sustainability of your company by countering risks in your international value chain? If so, you can apply for a subsidy from the Social Sustainability Fund (SSF).
Subsidy from the SSF can be used, for instance, to improve wages and working conditions, and to combat child labour at your local producers and suppliers.
When do you qualify?
You can apply for an SSF subsidy if:
- Your company has a permanent base in the Netherlands.
- You use the subsidy to improve working conditions, provide liveable wages or improve incomes, or aim to combat child labour in 1 or more eligible countries.

How to apply?
To apply, you first complete the mandatory quick scan to receive a recommendation from RVO. Download the quick scan form from RVO's website. With RVO’s recommendation you can apply for subsidy from the Social Sustainability Fund to RVO. You need eHerkenning (level 3+) to apply.
The second application round starts 12 August, 09:00 hours and ends 7 October, 15:00 hours. For the second round you have to complete the quick scan before 9 September 2024, 15:00 hours.
The first application round ended 15 April.
