Sustainable energy production and climate transition subsidy scheme (SDE++)
Does your company want to produce renewable energy or use techniques that reduce CO2? You may qualify for a the Sustainable Energy Production and Climate Transition Scheme (Stimulering Duurzame Energieproductie en Klimaattransitie, SDE++).
The following categories (techniques) are eligible for SDE++:
You will receive a subsidy for 12 or 15 years, depending on the technology you use.
What are the conditions for the SDE++?
You can apply for the SDE++ if you meet the general conditions, among others:
- You are the intended producer: your company or non-profit organisation will realise and operate the production facility itself.
- You have not applied for the Sustainable energy investment subsidy (ISDE), the Energy Investment Allowance (EIA), or the Subsidy scheme for Cooperative Energy Generation (SCE) for your production facility.
- You have not yet started building the production facility and you have not yet entered into an agreement for the delivery or installation of (parts of) the production facility.
You must also meet the specific conditions for the category you apply for.
How to apply?
You can apply for the SDE++ subsidy to the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) from 27 October 2026, 9:00 hours until 26 November 2026, 17:00 hours.
