Producers of alcohol must list ingredients

What changes?

Do you produce alcoholic beverages? You must list the ingredients and nutritional values on the label. You must also mention the number of calories per 100 ml.

At present you are only required to list the alcohol content and allergens.

When?

It is not yet known when this change in law will enter into force.

Please note: The effective date of this measure is not yet final. Entry into force is subject to its passing through the upper and lower houses of parliament or proclamation of the Order in Council (Algemene Maatregel van Bestuur, AMvB) or ministerial decree and publication in the Staatsblad or Staatscourant (Government Gazette, in Dutch).
