Childcare in English, French, or German allowed

What has changed?

Do you work in childcare? Daycare may now be offered multilingually. Multilingual daycare may be offered in English, French, or German, next to Dutch (and/or Frisian). You may do so for a maximum of 50% of the time per day.

When?

This change in the Childcare Provisions Act Regulations (Regeling Wet Kinderopvang) entered into effect on 1 February 2024.
