What changes?
Do you work in childcare? From 1 January 2025, new education requirements apply to childcare staff working with babies. This also applies to temporary and on-call staff. The extra education requirements will be in force from 1 January 2025 for everyone working either structurally or occasionally with groups that include one or more babies.

This change in the Childcare Provisions Act Regulations (Regeling Wet Kinderopvang) will come into effect on 1 January 2025.
