What has changed?
Do you want to do business with the Dutch central government? An online platform is established where you can find the government’s purchase information. The platform is called Zakendoen met het Rijk (Platform Open Procurement). The url is https://www.rijksoverheid.nl/onderwerpen/zakendoen-met-het-rijk.
Companies will for instance be able to check this platform to see which tenders are starting and which contracts have been concluded. Also, all government-wide procurement plans will be available on this platform. With access to the information in the plans, companies will be able to better prepare their tender. The purchase information will be clearer and more accessible.

This change has entered into force on 2 December 2022.
Please note: The effective date of this measure is not yet final. Entry into force is subject to its passing through the upper and lower houses of parliament or proclamation of the Order in Council (Algemene Maatregel van Bestuur, AMvB) or ministerial decree and publication in the Staatsblad or Staatscourant (Government Gazette, in Dutch).
