What changes?
Do you offer your employees the opportunity to make use of a collective healthcare insurance? You should take into account that your employees will no longer receive a discount on the premium. The group discount is abolished. You may have to change the arrangements you made with the insurance company.
It will still be possible for health insurers and collectives to make arrangements on for instance prevention of illness, absenteeism reduction, and preventing debt issues.

When?
This change in the Healthcare Insurance Act (Zorgverzekeringswet, Zvw) will come into effect on 1 January 2023.
