We would like to offer you our condolences on your loss during this difficult time. Were you appointed to handle the estate of the deceased? Because the deceased had their own business, you as their surviving relative must settle the business affairs. Answer the questions about the business. You will then see an overview of the matters you must first arrange with various government organisations. And where you can ask for help and advice.

Did the deceased have multiple businesses?

Then the results you receive below may be different for each business. Please answer the questions for each business separately.

  1. Question :What is the business structure of the company?

You can find this in the Business Register of the Chamber of Commerce KVK via kvk.nl/en/search. Search using the KVK number, the company name, or the business address.

The business structure of the company is its legal form, defining liability, tax obligations, ownership, and how it is run.

This questionnaire does not give a complete overview for other legal structures. You can continue to get a basic overview of matters that you need to arrange. Or end the questionnaire and contact the KVK Advice Team on 088 - 585 22 22.

How would you rate this page?(question 1 of max 3)
