Every year, Web Summit brings together more than 70,000 people from around the world. You can meet startups, technology companies, investors, journalists and other professionals from the international technology sector.
The event includes presentations, workshops, panel discussions and networking sessions. It focuses on technology, innovation, digital transformation and entrepreneurship.

Who can join?
This mission is for Dutch startups and technology companies that want to grow internationally.
Your company can take part if it:
- offers a technology-based product or service;
- focuses on innovation and growth;
- is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK).

Programme
The programme is still being developed and may change.
The provisional programme includes:
- An online preparation session for participants (late October).
- A welcome reception, workshop and Web Summit opening event (9 November).
- Conference days with presentations, networking and activities in the NL Lounge (10–12 November).
- A Dutch networking event (11 November).
- Matchmaking meetings with potential business partners (subject to confirmation).
- Visits to innovation hubs and business incubators (subject to confirmation).
Participation fee
The participation fee is € 650 excluding VAT per company for one participant.
Each additional participant costs € 325 excluding VAT. A maximum of two people per company may take part.
The fee includes:
- Full access to Web Summit 2026.
- Access to the Web Summit app.
- Participation in matchmaking activities.
- Use of the NL Lounge as a meeting place.
- Participation in Dutch and international networking events.
- Support in connecting with potential customers, business partners, and investors.
Travel and accommodation costs are at your own expense.
How to apply
You can register by completing the application form by 25 July.
Submitting your application and receiving the automatic confirmation email does not guarantee your participation. After the application deadline, you will be informed whether your application has been accepted.
