Startup Box - Financing tool for startups

Is your startup developing innovative plans or activities? And do you need funding to achieve these goals? The Startup Box brings together 6 public-sector support programmes designed to meet the needs of startups at different stages of growth. Answer a few questions to discover which startup funding options may be available to you.

Types of public-sector funding in the Startup Box

This tool includes 4 financing types:

  • Credit: A loan that must be repaid over time. Suitable for startups developing a new product or service.
  • A fiscal measure: A tax-related benefit or deduction. Suitable for startups researching feasibility or developing a new product or service.
  • Credit guarantee: A guarantee from the Dutch government to help secure bank credit or another type of loan. Suitable for startups entering the market or accelerating growth.
  • Equity: Funding in exchange for shares in your company. Or a loan that converts to shares later. Suitable for startups entering the market or scaling up.
