Municipality Hoeksche Waard: Applying for a market permit
Do you want to take a place at the weekly market? Then apply for a weekly market permit from us. You can mail or send this to us.
For more information, please contact an employee of the APV permits team. You will receive a message within 8 weeks whether you receive the permit. Do you disagree with the decision of the municipality? Then you can object within 6 weeks.
Send the fully completed weekly market permit form to info@gemeentehw.nl.
Online
You can apply for the market permit online. You can log in with DigiD or eHerkenning and complete the application form.
At the service counter
You can also apply for the permit at your municipality’s service counter. You should make an appointment to do this.
By telephone
You can also call the municipality for more information about the permit and to start the application.
You pay costs for the application for a market permit. For more information, please contact the municipality.
You will receive a message within 8 weeks whether you receive the permit.
Do you disagree with the decision of the municipality? Then you can object within 6 weeks.
Please include the following information in your objection:
- your name and address
- the date of your objection
- which decision is involved
- why you do not agree with the decision
- your signature
The notice of objection must be submitted to the municipality by post, by e-mail it is not possible to object. The municipality of Hoeksche Waard is advised by an Objections Committee.
