Certificate of no objection to the use of air space

If you want to land on or take off from a municipality’s territory by helicoper, hot air balloon or parachute, you need a certificate of no objection from them in most cases.

Provincial TUG dispensation

If you want to take off or land with an aircraft such as a helicopter, glider or paraglider, you need dispensation from the provincial authorities where you plan to land or take off. This is called a TUG dispensation. TUG stands for Tijdelijk en Uitzonderlijk Gebruik (Temporary and Exceptional Use).
