Apply for an all-in-one permit for physical aspects (omgevingsvergunning)- Run a permit check to see if you need a permit or if you must submit a notification.
- If you need a permit, you can apply for it at once online on Omgevingsloket or send in a written application. Log in with DigiD (for individuals) or eHerkenning (for businesses).
- If you have to submit a notification, you can do so at once on Omgevingsloket. Log in with DigiD (for individeuals) or eHerkenning (for businesses).
Did you apply for a permit before January 1st 2024? You can still consult your application at Omgevingsloket online.
The municipality will need 8 weeks (short procedure) to assess your application. It will sometimes take 26 weeks (extended procedure). This will be the case, for example, if you want something different from what is stated in the omgevingsplan (zoning plan). The municipality can extend the period once for a period of 6 weeks.
