Municipality De Wolden: Applying for an environment and planning permit
Do you want to know if you have to submit a notification or if you need an all-in-one permit for physical aspects (omgevingsvergunning)? You can do an online permit check at the online service counter (omgevingsloket).
- Run a permit check to see if you need a permit or if you must submit a notification.
- If you need a permit, you can apply for it at once online on Omgevingsloket or send in a written application. Log in with DigiD (for individuals) or eHerkenning (for businesses).
- If you have to submit a notification, you can do so at once on Omgevingsloket. Log in with DigiD.
Are you not certain on whether or not you need a permit? You can hand in a conceptual application. The municipality will answer your application in writing. We will judge if your plans are feasible and if you need to apply for a permit. This can be done without obligations. Please contact the municipality at: +31528378200.
An all-in-one permit for physical aspects is a tailor’s job; it is specifically geared to your situation. The costs are among others dependent on the nature of the activities you are requesting a permit for and construction costs.
If a permit is needed the municipality will take a decision within 8 weeks of your full application having arrived. This period can be extended once by 6 weeks. Are you applying for an elaborate procedure? The municipality will need 26 weeks to come to a decision.
If you object to our decision then you can do the following:
- For a standard all-in-one permit for physical aspects (8 weeks), you can file an objection within 6 weeks of the decision being published. How you can do this is stated in the published decisions.
- Does it concern an extended all-in-one permit for physical aspects (26 weeks)? Then it is issued a draft decision. You can submit your viewpoint within 6 weeks. After that, a final decision will be made. You can appeal to the district court within 6 weeks.
Good to know
You must not start work until you have obtained the permit. If you start before that, you may have to undo the work at your own expense.
