Municipality Losser: Applying for an environment and planning permit
Do you want to know if you have to submit a notification or if you need an all-in-one permit for physical aspects (omgevingsvergunning)? You can do an online permit check on the online service counter (omgevingsloket in Dutch).

- If you need a permit, you can apply for it at once online on Omgevingsloket or send in a written application. Log in with DigiD (for individuals) or eHerkenning (for businesses).
- If you have to submit a notification, you can do so at once on Omgevingsloket. Log in with DigiD (for individeuals) or eHerkenning (for businesses).
The costs depend on which environmental permit you are applying for. You also pay if you do not get the permit. You can see the exact costs in the fee regulation (Dutch).
The municipality needs 8 weeks (standard procedure) to assess your application. Sometimes this takes 26 weeks (extended procedure), for example if you want to do something that is not in the zoning plan. The municipality can extend the period once by 6 weeks.

Do you want to object? Then the following applies:
- With a standard environmental permit (8 weeks), you can object within 6 weeks after the decision has been announced. How you do this is stated in the published decisions.
- If it is an extensive environmental permit (26 weeks), then it is a draft decision. You can submit a view within 6 weeks. Then comes a final decision. You can lodge an appeal with the court within 6 weeks. You can send your letter to: Court of Overijssel in Zwolle, PO Box 10067, 8000 GB Zwolle.
