The fees for this permit vary depending on the type of permit you apply for. Please note that payment is required, regardless of whether your permit application is approved or not.
The municipality has 8 weeks (short procedure) to assess your application. In some cases, the municipality will take up to 6 months (extended procedure) to assess your application. This may be the case if you want something different from what is stated in the environment plan (omgevingsplan). The municipality can extend the period once by a period of 6 weeks.

If you would like to object, please keep in mind:
- For a standard all-in-one permit for physical aspects (8 weeks) you must file an objection within 6 weeks of the decision’s publication. Instructions on how to do this can be found in the published decision.
- An extended all-in-one permit for physical aspects (26 weeks) is initially issued as a draft decision. You have 6 weeks to provide your input. After that, a final decision will be made. You then have 6 weeks to appeal to the district court.
Good to know
Work cannot start until you have received a permit. If you start earlier, you may have to reverse the work at your own expense.
