It also depends on your application which documents and data you need. For example, think of:
- construction calculation or construction drawing
- floor plans of the building (scale 1:100)
- a situation drawing (scale 1:1000 to 1:1500)
- a drawing of the facade views (scale 1:100)
- cross-sections and longitudinal sections (scale 1:100)
- details about the appearance of the structure
Make sure you enclose drawings that show the current and new situation.

Do you want to object? In this case, the following rules apply.
- For a standard all-in-one permit for physical aspects (8 weeks), you can file an objection within 6 weeks of the decision being published. How to do this is stated in the published decisions.
- Does it concern an extended all-in-one permit for physical aspects (26 weeks)? Then it is issued a a draft decision. You can submit your opinion within 6 weeks. After that, a final decision will be made.. You can appeal to the district court within 6 weeks. You can send your letter to: [adres].
Good to know
You must not start work until you have obtained the permit. If you start before that, you may have to undo the work at your own expense.
