Municipality Bernheze: Working with the environment plan

Inspection of a requested permit (including accompanying drawings and floor plans) is only possible by appointment. You can inspect the permit at the town hall. For an appointment, call 0412-45 88 88.

An application must still be assessed in terms of content. The plan may look different when a decision is made. An application cannot be objected to and/or appealed against.

Once a plan has been substantively assessed, a decision is made by the municipality. This decision is published in De Mooi Bernheze Krant and on overheid.nl.

Do you disagree with the decision? Then you can file an objection within 6 weeks of publication. If no objection is filed, the permit is irrevocable and construction work can start and/or be used.
