Municipality Deventer: Working with the environment plan

A revision of the zoning plan is adopted by the City Council. An amendment of the zoning plan is adopted by the mayor and aldermen. An amendment of the zoning plan is only possible if this is stipulated in the current zoning plan. There are usually conditions attached to this.

There are costs associated with reviewing and amending the zoning plan. In many cases the costs are determined with the Tariff Table of the Fee Ordinance. Sometimes other agreements about the costs are made. The municipality then concludes a so-called anterior agreement with you.
