Damage due to zoning plan

If the municipality makes a planning decision, you may suffer (financial) damage as a result. For example, with a new zoning plan. Or if the municipality issues an environmental permit to deviate from a zoning plan. You can request compensation in the event of damage. This is only possible if there is no longer any objection or appeal against the municipality’s decision. The decision is then final.

You pay €500 for your application to be processed. You will receive this amount back if you qualify for plan damage.

The processing of your claim/claim will take at least 6 weeks, but it can also take longer than 1 year.
