If you are in disagreement with the established zoning plan it is possible to lodge an objection with the court of the North of the Netherlands. Your letter of appeal must be received within 6 weeks after the publication of the decision. Please note: this is only possible if you have submitted your views in the design phase. The adopted plan is available for inspection for 6 weeks.
