Damage caused by a zoning plan

A planning decision made by the municipality may cause you damage or financial loss. Examples include new zoning plans or decisions to issue an all-in-one permit for physical aspects (omgevingsvergunning) that grants an exemption from the zoning plan. You can claim compensation if you suffer damages. For example when the value of your property is reduced. You can claim compensation by filling out a form. The cost of processing your claim for compensation is € 300,-. You will get the amount or a part of the amount refunded with a positive decision. You will not get the amount refunded with a negative decision.
