Damage due to zoning plan
If the municipality takes a planning decision, you could suffer (financial) damage as a result. For example, with a new zoning plan. Or if the municipality issues an environmental permit to deviate from a zoning plan. You can request compensation in the event of damage. This is only possible if there is no longer any objection or appeal against the decision of the municipality. The decision is then final.
Two things are important when it comes to compensation (compensation for plan damage):
- You could not expect the damage when you bought the house or land.
- You have not received any other compensation (for example through expropriation).

You can request compensation online from the municipality.
You pay € 500 for processing your claim for compensation.
