Municipality Dijk en Waard: Environment and planning permit for environmentally harmful activities
Environmental management notification
General environmental rules apply to companies such as bakeries, catering, construction, transport and garage companies and residential and office buildings. These are stated in the Activities Decree. If your company falls under the Activities Decree, you must report it when it is established and when you change your company's business operations.
You can submit a report to the municipality via aimonline.nl.
Do you have to report Environmental Management and are you applying for an Environmental Permit for other activities (for example, building) because there is a permit requirement for this? In that case, you must submit the notification at the same time as the application for the environmental permit.
Environmental permit
You may need an Environmental Permit for the environmental component if your company:
- caused noise nuisance or odor nuisance
- harmful substances emissions
- consumes a lot of energy
- is going to implement a change in business operations
You can apply for an environmental permit at omgevingsloket.nl. For this you must log in with DigiD (private) or e-Herkenning level 2 (company).
The Environment Desk will compile your application form based on the questions you have answered. You will receive an overview of what you need to submit.
Are you applying for an environmental permit for other activities (for example, building) because there is a permit requirement for this? And do you also need to apply for an environmental permit? Then you must submit this permit at the same time as the application for the environmental permit.
