All-in-one permit for environmental regulations for businessesThe fee you have to pay depends on the type of permit you apply for. Please note that you also have to pay the fee if your application is rejected.
The municipality has 8 weeks (short procedure) to assess your application. In some cases, the municipality will take up to 6 months (extended procedure) to assess your application. This may be the case if you want something different from what is stated in the environment plan (omgevingsplan). The municipality can extend the period once by a period of 6 weeks.
If your application has been rejected, you can submit an objection to your municipality.
Has your application been approved? Then others have the right to object to the municipality’s decision. The municipality announces permit applications and decisions at: www.officielebekendmakingen.nl.
