Do you want to know if you have to submit a notification or if you need an all-in-one permit for physical aspects (omgevingsvergunning)? You can do an online permit check on the online service counter (omgevingsloket in Dutch).

  1. Go to the Omgevingsloket. Log in with DigiD (for yourself) of with eHerkenning (for a company).
  2. See whether you need a permit.
  3. You can apply for the permit immediately.

If you submit an application via the Omgevingsloket, you may have to pay for it. The cost of an application is different. For more information, please contact the permits team by emailing balievergunningen@oude-ijsselstreek.nl or calling (0315) 292 292.

Simple applications have a decision period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt. This period can be extended once by 6 weeks. If the municipality is unable to make a decision within this period, the permit will be granted automatically.

More complex applications follow an extensive procedure. The decision period is then 26 weeks. This period can also be extended once by 6 weeks. However, under this procedure, the permit cannot be granted automatically after that period.

The municipality publishes permit applications and decisions via www.officielebekendmakingen.nl.

If your application has been rejected and you do not agree with this decision, you can lodge an objection. Please contact the municipality for more information. If your application is approved, others may object to this decision.

You are not allowed to start until you have received the permit. If you start earlier, you may have to repair the work at your own expense.
