You must submit the environmental management notification online via the AIM (in Dutch).

All-in-one permit for physical aspects (environmental permit)

If you start, change, or expand a business, you must apply for an environmental permit from the Online environment portal:

1.    Go to the online service counter Omgevingsloket online (in Dutch)2.    Log in with DigiD (for individuals) or eHerkenning (for businesses).

The costs depend on which permit you apply for. You must pay even if you do not get the permit. For more information, contact the municipality by phone +31 478 52 33 33 or email gemeente@venray.nl

The municipality will need 8 weeks (standard procedure) to assess your application. Sometimes it can take 26 weeks (extended procedure), for example if you want to deviate from the zoning plan. The municipality can extend the period once by 6 weeks.
