Notification or information obligation
There are no costs for submitting a notification or information obligation.
Environmental permit
The costs depend on which permit you apply for. Even if you are not granted the permit you have to pay . For more information, see: www.weert.nl/legesverordening
Notification or information obligation
Different deadlines apply for submitting notifications and information obligations for ‘milieubelastende activiteiten’ and depend on the type of activity.
Environmental permit
The municipality will need 8 weeks (standard procedure) to assess your application. It will sometimes take 26 weeks (extended procedure). This will be the case, for example, if you want something different from what is stated in the Omgevingsplan (zoning plan). The municipality can extend the period once for a period of 6 weeks.
Notification or information obligation
A notification or information obligation does not concern a decision on a permit and therefore does not provide an opportunity to submit an objection.
Environmental permit
You can view the list of permit applications and decisions on www.weert.nl/bekendmakingen.
Do you want to object? In this case, the following rules apply:
- For a standard environmental permit (8 weeks), you can file an objection within 6 weeks of the decision being published. How to do this is stated in the published decisions.
- Does it concern an extended environmental permit (26 weeks)? Then it is issued as a draft decision. You can submit your opinion within 6 weeks. After that, a final decision will be made. You can appeal to the district court within 6 weeks.
