-Small Event: 10 business days prior to your event date.-A Event: 8 weeks prior to your event date.-B event: 12 weeks prior to your event date.-C Event: 12 weeks prior to your event date.

- The municipality determines whether your event is category A, B or C. This category depends on the safety risks: size, location, accessibility, accessibility for emergency services, etc.
- The municipality invites you and emergency services (such as the police and fire brigade) for a consultation. This only applies to a B event and C event.
