Applying or submitting a notification

1. Go to the online service counter Omgevingsloket online (in Dutch).
2. Run a permit check to see if you need a permit or if you must submit a notification.
3. If you need a permit, you can apply for it at once online on the online service counter Omgevingsloket or send in a written application. Log in with DigiD (for individuals) or eHerkenning (for businesses).
4. If you have to submit a notification, you can do so at once via the online service counter Omgevingsloket. Log in with DigiD (for individuals) or eHerkenning (for businesses).

The municipality needs 8 weeks (standard procedure) to assess your application. In some cases it can take 26 weeks (extended procedure), for example if you want to deviate from the zoning plan. The municipality may extend these periods once with an additional 6 weeks.
