Municipality Oude IJsselstreek: Fire safety measures for a building
Do you want to know if you have to submit a notification or if you need an all-in-one permit for physical aspects (omgevingsvergunning)? You can do an online permit check on the online service counter (omgevingsloket in Dutch).
Make the notification at least 4 weeks before you start using the building. In response to your report, the municipality may impose conditions on the fire-safe use of the building. You must comply with these conditions. You are allowed to use the building 4 weeks after the notification.

The municipality will make a draft decision on your application. Everyone can give his or her opinion (point of view) on this within 6 weeks. Do you disagree with the draft decision? Then indicate why in your opinion. You will be notified within 26 weeks whether you will be granted the permit. The municipality can extend this period by 6 weeks.
The municipality publishes permit applications and decisions via www.officielebekendmakingen.nl.
If your application has been rejected and you do not agree with this decision, you can appeal to the court within 6 weeks. This is only possible if you have also submitted an opinion on the draft decision. If your application is approved, others may object to this decision.
You are not allowed to use the building until you have the permit.
