Municipality Weert: Fire safety measures for a building
Check if you need an environment and planning permit and apply
Go to the online service counter Omgevingsloket (in Dutch) to check if you need an environment and planning permit (omgevingsvergunning). In the Omgevingsloket you can see which rules apply in your municipality. You can then use the Omgevingsloket to apply online for an environment and planning permit or submit a notification.
Submitting a notification:
- Do the ‘vergunningcheck’.
- See whether you need to submit a notification.
You can submit a notification immediately (online). Log in with Digid (for yourself) or with e-Herkenning (business)
There are no costs for submitting a notification.
The notification (gebruiksmelding brandveilig gebruik) must be submitted no later than 4 weeks before a building is put into use.
A notification does not concern a decision on a permit and therefore does not provide an opportunity to submit an objection.
