As the owner of a catering business, you need a permit. You can submit your application for a catering operating license digitally with eHerkenning.
Operating permit for a catering establishmentYou must include the following attachments with the application:
- Questionnaire BIBOB In the case of natural persons
- Declaration on Behavior (VOG) of all entrepreneurs
- In the case of a legal person: declaration of no interference
You can apply online with eHerkenning.
In the fee table you will find:
- The costs of processing an application for an operating permit.
- The costs for a transfer of an operating permit.
It takes up to 8 weeks to get an operating permit.The municipality may extend this period once by another 8 weeks. The municipality will request information from other authorities if necessary.
