Municipality Nissewaard: Property tax (OZB)
Residents and companies in the municipality of Nissewaard receive one or more assessments of municipal taxes. An ‘assessment’ is a letter stating whether you have to pay tax and how much it is. You pay the tax for the costs of, among other things, collecting household waste, installing and maintaining sewers and maintaining green areas, such as parks, flower beds, public gardens and lawns.
