If you want to place a gaming machine, you need an attendance permit. You can only apply for the attendance permit if you have a high-threshold facility. An establishment is highly accessible if:

• the location is used as a café or restaurant
• you have a valid alcohol and catering license for this locatiion
• the activities are suitable for people of 18 years and older

To apply for the attendance permit, you also need a valid alcohol and catering licence.

• The gaming licence is valid for 1, 2, 3 or 4 years or indefinitely. You must make sure to renew your gaming machine licence on time.
• The licence is personal: you are the only person who may use it.
