The Gambling Act determines how many machines you are allowed to install:

  • Accessible locations such as restaurants, cafes, bars and nightclubs: two gaming machines, both gambling and skill machines.
  • Accessible locations such as snack bars and canteens: two skill machines and no gambling machines.
