Only catering establishments and slot machine halls are allowed to place a slot machine. The owner of the slot machine must have a operating license have from the Gaming Authority.

Hospitality

If you want to place a slot machine in your hospitality business, the following additional rules apply:

• You have a valid operating license for your catering business.
• You have a valid liquor and hospitality license. 
• Only catering activities take place in your hospitality business.

• You request an attendance permit from the municipality
• If you own the slot machine, you must also apply to the municipality for an operating license.
• With your application, please provide the following information:

  • The number of slot machines you want to place in your business
  • The name and address of your business
  • The name and address of the slot machine owner
• Always report changes to the municipality. For example, if the slot machine owner changes or if you want to change the number of machines in your business.
