Municipality Rucphen: Permit for gaming machines and amusement arcades
If you want to install a slot machine in your business, you need an occupancy permit. You must apply for this permit in writing from the municipality. You can contact us by telephone for the (paper) application form. You can also use the application form from your slot machine operator.
Slot machine or skill machine?
A slot machine or gambling machine is a machine with which you can win money, such as a fruit machine. This is not possible with an agility machine. Think of a pinball machine or video games. You do not need an attendance permit for an agility machine.
Maximum 2 machines
You may install a maximum of 2 machines in total. You cannot start an arcade in our municipality.
