Do you want to place a gaming machine in your catering establishment, such as a fruit machine or automatic roulette? Then you need a presence permit. For a skill device (such as a pinball machine or a video game) you do not need a permit.
- Your business is a café, restaurant or arcade.
- You place a maximum of two gaming machines.
