Contact the municipality if you want to open or take over an amusement arcade.
The rate for processing an application for granting a presence permit as referred to in Article 30b of the Gambling Act is as follows:
- For a period of twelve months for one gaming machine: €56.50
- For a period of twelve months for two or more gaming machines, for the first gaming machine: €56.50 and for each subsequent gaming machine: €34.00
- For one gaming machine, which permit is valid for a period of more than four years or indefinitely: €226.50
- For two or more gaming machines, which permit is valid for a period of more than four years or indefinitely, for the first gaming machine: €226.50 and for each subsequent gaming machine: €136.00
The rate for processing an application for granting a permit as referred to in Article 3 of the Gambling Act (lottery permit) is €10.40.
