The employee or volunteer will receive the VOG or the denial within 4 weeks at the address you specify in the application.

Submit a written objection
1. Write a notice of objection. This is a brief explanation of why you disagree with the decision. In any case, your notice of objection must state:

• your name, address and contact details;
• write the date of your objection;
• our reference number (see provisional decision);
• the reason why you are submitting an objection;
