A statement of conduct is evidence of good conduct. Your employer or organization determines how you apply for the statement. Are you applying online? Then you need DigiD. You will receive the statement at home by post within 2 to 4 weeks.
VOGThe Ministry of Security and Justice will assess your application. Your VOG will be sent to you by post from the Justis Service. If the Ministry rejects your application, you will receive a letter informing you.

The employee or volunteer will receive the VOG or the denial within 4 weeks at the address you specify in the application.
